Good Day everyone.

I would like to ask for advice on what to do since when I tried following the steps in this thread:
https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html

my CMD have always stuck in "Found port = COM3" and this has been stuck for 30+ minutes now.

Any solution to this problem? The one I've found in the thread didn't work for me.

Update:

So I've managed to "flash" the stock rom for Oppo A5s that I got from this forum:
https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-9271.html
Oppo A5S (CPH1909_11_A.30_191026) to be exact

however, before a success, I always keep getting "BROM ERROR: STATUS_SEC_IMG_TYPE_MISMATCH (0xc002002A)" and is tied to "opporeserve2.img" not being verified and thus, SPFT kept saying that I need a verified version of it or disable verified boot.

now phone is stuck like this:

What else can I do now?

I followed your advice and ended up the same with Download Failed 0x992566 like the one above.
I also ran to the same problem with verified boot and opporeserve2.img

Followed the first solution, still getting the verified img problem.
I don't know how to fully do the 2nd solution since I don't have:

cdt_engineering,
my_custom,
special_preload,
super,

the only things inside the extracted folder from OFP were this:

retry again but use the all-in-one-signature.bin as download-agent from within your extracted ofp
you can also try without using mtk bypass (i.e remove the device filter) then try flashing normally using the da above and the auth file in the extracted ofp folder

in your case, skip opporeserve2 and any other file(s) that give the verified error message, the idea is to boot into recovery then retry flashing the partitions that gave the verified error the first time

What version of SP flash tool are you using?
Was it only 2 partitions that gave that error?

I'm using ver. 5.2112 and only opporeserve2.img does give me error with the verified img problem.

using the Auth file seems fine but the all-in-one-signature.bin fetches me:
S_INVALID_DA_FILE (5002)

seems it wants me to "re-fetch" the latest version of it.

can you zip and upload these 4 files
efuse***.xml, efuse.ini , all-in-one-signature and the auth file
