(20-05-2021, 01:49 AM)Trần Hiếu Yes, the newest version. Qfil.exe within qpst folder in C:\\program files.

confirm if you're able to read / write or format any partition e.g boot or recovery from this device, see step 12 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31476.html
btw what's the device model?

It's look like the device needed to do re-partitioning emmc or somehow with UFI Box / Jtag. The phone is completely in blank emmc state. Device is PQ6002 - Vsmart Active 1 Plus.

Hello,
I join this thread cause I got the same error.

Using QFIL from QPST 2.7.480, just downloaded few hours ago from the forum link
Already tested reading/writing/erase a single partition
I'm able to read and erase a partition,
but when I try to write:
If put my file in D:\OUT\boot.img, I get an write error
if I put my file in D:\boot.img, it says "done" but the content is not written. If I re-read the partition and compare it to the previous read, there is no difference.

the device is a zenfone 5 (2018) ze620kl (snapdragon 636)
Is it possible my programmer is wrong? or the rom I downloaded is somehow damaged?

I hope someone can give me a hint?
Thanks in advance

faulty emmc problem, if you have an emmc dongle tool such as ufi box, emmc dongle, e.t.c you can try writing directly to emmc, see if that works
if not then you'll need to replace the emmc
