Hi Hovertek, i'm new here, please correct me if im doing wrong.
as above thread subject, below is the detail of my problem.

Problem - bootloop and cannot flash because of cust-verified matter.
My Device - Vivo V11i ( Model 1806 )
Chipset - MT6771
Bootloader - Locked
Firmware - PD1813F_EX_A_6.13.8_vivo_mtk_alps-release-p0.mp3-pre3_mtk6771, and also already trying i think almost all available firmware online for my phone model still failed) (also trying update.zip using stock recovery also failed need signed img)
Flashtool - currently using SP Flash Tool Version 5.1916 (Windows) , and also already tried every compatible version from latest to oldest).

The only thing i stuck now is cust-verified.img error. When untick can complete flash but still bootloop.
Im checking in scatter that this cust file is direct to oem.img (other file got -verified in firmware folder, only oem.img file not have one)

from scatter file
- partition_index: SYS12
partition_name: cust
file_name: oem.img
is_download: true
type: EXT4_IMG
linear_start_addr: 0x10a88000
physical_start_addr: 0x10a88000
partition_size: 0x4000000
region: EMMC_USER
storage: HW_STORAGE_EMMC
boundary_check: true
is_reserved: false
operation_type: UPDATE
is_upgradable: true
empty_boot_needed: false
reserve: 0x00

And i also trying to extract/dump firmware from other same phone vivo v11i using wwr+spflashtool method, and i got the 'cust.img' file not oem.img. But still failed to flash, same thing happen (verified boot enabled (download cust-verified.img)

And i also alrdy trying this method from hovatek [Tutorial] How to bypass verified boot is enabled error in SP flash tool, success, but still bootloop and it say need verified image (small word writed at start up logo said verification failed and phone will reboot in 5 second)

is there any way for me to fix this? or this is the end for my vivo v11i ? x_x

Thank you in advance

5. [firmware27]PD1813F_EX_A_6.13.8_vivo_mtk_alps-release-p0.mp3-pre3_mtk6771

6. Vivo_V11_PD1813F_MT6771_EX_A_8.70.13_301220

Via Recovery

1. FirmwareX.Net_PD1813F_EX_A_6.10.6-update-full_1560567832

2. Vivo_V11_PD1813F_EX_A_6.14.0_OTA

yes sir for all firmware listed above using flashtool except for Vivo_V11_PD1813F_MT6771_EX_A_8.70.13_301220 (not have survival-verified.img and also cust-verified.img ). If untick survival and cust will be able to flash successfully. But still bootloop.
when i try replacing survival.img file from another v11i firmware that have survival-verified.img, succes flashing for survival.img but still stuck at cust-verified.img (oem.img).

for update file using recovery, all failed (verification failed)

confirm something, does flashing any of these firmwares you downloaded result to the failed verification warning at boot?
e.g when you flash EX_A_8.70.13_301220 (without adding any files from any other firmware) then factory reset in recovery mode, do you get the failed verification, phone will reboot warning?

I get these failed verification, phone will reboot warning :

1. only when i flashed using hovatek bypass verified boot method ( but cannot access recovery mode)
2. only when i flash this firmware build only - EX_A_8.70.13_301220 (untick survival and cust in flashtool) (also cannot access recovery mode)

other firmware build i use just bootloop problem after untick cust when flashing

Once you get the red state boot, you'll not be able to boot into recovery mode or any other mode
Other firmwares that don't result to red state, try booting to recovery mode and factory resetting, if successful see if the device can at least boot to homescreen
Another thing you could try is to flash a full firmware dump you made from the other v11i phone (use the verified boot bypass if you must)

My dear it happen to me several time .U may notice that Ur phone does not have vbmeta partition.the solution I did was to unlock my phone bootloader ,the flash my TWRP , download custom ROM like ressuretion remix for arm64 ab (since my phone is system as root).the boot to TWRP ,wipe darvik, system, cache, and data and flash the GSI image .
But once u unlock the bootloader the red state will be gone .and Ur phone can boot any rom
