Tecno H5 Stucks at Boot logo

Hello Mr.Hovatek,
I have a tecno H5 that stuck at boot logo, when i try to wipe user data from the recovery mode i get an error

--Wiping data...
Mount /data error.

And if i reboot it keeps stuck at boot logo.

So i need a Backup File to flash with SP FLASH TOOL.
But i'm not sure if it's old or New But starts with a white TECNO LOGO and then Stucks at Blue TECNO logo.

So i beg you to grant me access accordingly..

Hello Mr Hovatek,

That phone has Two recovery options, One with a volume up button which is the most common to Many android phones and another one with volume down which brings the Chinese recovery option With which i selected EMMC option and the phone got recovered.

So now that error
--Wiping data...
Mount /data error.

is now gone and the phone is back to life.
