[Please help] My tecno P5+ is requesting privacy protection password.

My phone is Tecno P5+, if i switch it on the phone shows the home screen for 5 seconds then shows a screen asking for privacy protection password. It stated about a week ago.

I would like to Request for permission to download the stock backup to help me fix my phone. Thank you.

Pls I am seriously looking for itel inote beyond it1450 flash files. Any help will be highly appreciated
