[Please help] My Infinix Zero Stopped Connecting To My Pc

Good morning,

I'm in dire need of help.

My infinix zero 16gb suddenly stopped pairing with my system via usb.

It wont even bring out usb options snd my pc says 'usb device not recognised.

All it does is charge and it never got bricked.

try a different USB cord, PC port or PC.

I've tried all.
its still not working.

did you edit your USB mount settings? its possible is set to charge only.
and have you tried doing a factory reset?

I haven't...
Should I use reset it using recovery mode or the normal phone settings reset.

recovery.
if it persists after a factory reset then the problem must be your phone's port

Thanks, finally got it fixed after hard resetting it.

But my device has gone insane again. anytime I try charging it, it discharges instead, & if I shut it down it will charge & den stop. although it will display charging but it won't charge & d percentage will remain d same.

Pks, is there any possible solution?
