1- I flashed only preloader.bin and press the power button, the phone vibrates and shows nothing on the screen.
2- I flashed preloader.bin + EBR + MBR + logo.bin but the phone vibrates only and shows nothing on the screen.
3- I flashed preloader + EBR + MBR + logo.bin + recovery.img and press the power button that vibrates and shows nothing.
4- I flashed preloader.bin + EBR + MBR + logo.bin + recovery.img + boot.img and press the power button the phone vibrates yet  but shows nothing on the screen.

When you flashed preloader.bin + EBR + MBR + logo.bin + recovery.img + boot.img, the phone should have at least been able to display something on the screen. This means the files arent compatible with your phone. between boot.img and system.img .
Now, flash preloader.bin + EBR + MBR + logo.bin + recovery.img + boot.img + system.img
If you get those lines again then you need to try boot.img or system.img from another source or get cache and usrdata then try a firmware upgrade

Yes even if I flash only " preloader.Bin + lk.Bin " that is going to show this image on my screen

So lk.bin is the problem. lk.bin is equivalent to uboot.bin . Seems what you need is a collection of lk.bin / uboot.bin files for your phone model to get the compatible one. What's your phone model?

It means the ROM is not compatible with your M3. Your M3 must be the New breed of M3s released by Tecno. To confirm this, check the pictures @  http://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html and tell us which closely resembles your phone's screenshot, the Tecno M3 New or Old?
