i flashed it using sp tool,but the phone didn't boot afterwards. And i also noticed that when i loaded the scatter file the PRELOADER, EBR, MBR & ANDROID were empty. Any possible fix to this.

Boot, files.md5, firmware.ifo, lk.bin, logo.bin, mount.info, mt6592_Android_scatter, nodl_protect_f.ext4, nodl_protect_f.ext4(zip), nodl_protect_s.ext4,nodl_protect_s.ext4(zip), nvram.bin, phone.info, recovery, secro, system.ext4, system.ext4(zip), userdata_nvram_only(zip). This are the files in the backup folder after extracting

I see you've not yet processed the backup. follow the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-468.html and do the second part (phase II) to get the !files to flash folder.
you can the loader the scatter file from the !files to flash folder

I was able to process the files, but my phone was still stuck on the infinix logo while booting. And also, preloader, MBR, & EBR1 files were still missing.

you're to flash only system.img (Android), nothing else
