Are you sure you selected the correct .inf file? If its windows 7, you're to open Drivers > USB Vcom driver > win 7 > usb2ser_Win7.inf (this is the 32 bit version)

Please, This is the error i get while trying to install...
I use a windows 8 Pc.

Hi

I have downloaded the file Media Tex USB VOM and extrated with Hovatek password, Divers-USB Drivers- Win7 - empty files available to install. can you please post me an update file.

there's nothing wrong with the file and all drivers are inside. ensure you entered the passowrd correctly (case sensitive) and try redownloading the file. as you can see from comments above, the file works fine

I followed the steps, but when i connect the phone,nothing is shown,i clicked on the installed driver,it showed device is not connected! I installed all the drivers listed,still same problem,please help!
