[Please help] My Infinix Hot is not booting into recovery mode.

#1

I intend to do a factory reset on my Infinix Hot, but it isn't entering into recovery mode.
I unrooted it and retried, it still didn't.
Please help me out.

1.The volume up plus power button together.
2.Yes,i have booted into recovery mode on the phone.

When I do the volume DOWN plus power button, it successfully enters the chinese test section. When I try the volume UP plus power button, it doesn't bring anything on the screen. I noticed however that my battery drained by about 30% due to my repeated trials. Meaning, the button combos were running the phone software, but it didn't boot into recovery mode.
I hope this information helps to solve my problem.
