[Please help] How to enter a privacy protection password inTECNO H6 Phone

Hey, I replaced the SIM card in TECNO H6 mobile Phone in which i had created a privacy protection password. The password i had created contained a combination of letters and numbers. Now, i am unable to enter the password because the only available phone keyboard allow only numbers, the letters are grayed out.  I am unable to enter letters and yet the password contains letters and numbers. How should i proceed?  Thank you very much.

you'll need to format the phone then re-install the stock ROM as in https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-1138.html
supply a gmail address if you dont have access to a working H6 or the stock ROM

Hey, I am very pleased with you guys at Hovatek for helping out. I formatted and then flashed my TECNO H6 phone as instructed and it worked. Great! Keep helping other folks like me out. Keep it up and Thank you very much.
