With all the things you said is wrong with your phone, it means it's soft bricked. Using this method @ http://forum.hovatek.com/showthread.php?tid=455 , flash Clockworkmod to both phones. After that, boot the good one into recovery mode > backup and restore > backup. after backup is complete, reboot the good f7 and open it's memory card. copy a folder named Clockworkmod to the memory card of the bricked f7 (don't put it inside any folder ). Backup your bricked f7's contacts then Boot the bricked f7 into recovery mode > backup and restore > restore > yes. reboot once restore is compete.

1. Did you click Yes /OK on the PC and Grant on the phone
2. Try launching MTK droid tools as administrator
3. Ensure you're using MTK droid tools version 2.5.3

Yes, following this guide @ http://forum.hovatek.com/thread-75.html . its been OK for M3 but not advisable for P5, L3 and some others. Manual method is recommended if you have a PC
