I can't create preloader.bin on my phone, can someone plss explain where to find it, cos, I already create back up for my phone, still can't find it there

that means you didn't follow the guide completely. there are two parts in the guide. the second part produces preloader.bin

Please i could not back up a working tecno h5 because the option to back up is greyed out/can not be clicked on mtk droid tool. Below the tool is a blue bar on commection...pls what do i do?

that means the phone isnt rooted. The phone need to be rooted. Follow the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html

Thank u for ur help! Grt work! Finally did the backup but had to root the tecnoH5 with a different apk app because mtk droid failed to acquire root acess.

Hello,

My Tecno P9 boots completely but either the buttons do not respond when I click or the buttons clicks itself. These buttons includes: back button, home, minimize, options, scroll, its just as if the pad is useless now because I can't do anything on it. These things used to happen mostly when I was charging my pad or using certain apps, but now its just so terrible that I can't even make use of my phone even if am not charging.

I need info on how to fix it. Please help. Thank you.

MTK droid tools doesnt root the phone. the ROOT button you see is more like "Grant ROOT permission to MTK droid tools". So your phone needs to have been rooted before you even come to MTK droid tools
