My infinix hot note x551 totally dead

Please sir come to my rescue; after trying to install the stock rom you granted me some days back, I tried making use it of to flash the phone using sp flashtool but unfortunately the phone got dead, it can be detected by pda net drivers but won't turn up or detected by sp flashtool.. Please sir I Need your help here thanks

re-install vcom drivers using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html tne repeat flashing using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html 
let me know what prompts / errors you get

I have done that and the Vcom driver found the drive and I have properly installed them. Still the same problem please help sir

does the PC give a prompt like "USB not recognized" whenever you connect the phone to PC?

Thanks sir It have been solved; the carlcare service have solve my problem and it has been done successful. Now am making use of my hot note.

No step in precise; you just get there and present your problem and be sure you phone have never been loosed because that states that your warranty is still on. I didn't pay any money and my phone operating system was upgraded to that of hot note pro. 2gb ram 32gb rom.... Am just too happy to see my hot running an os of hot note pro with an x551 kernel version... Thanks carlcare & team hovatek
