in Sp flash tool, go to option >option > download
try flashing with Da DL all with checksum ticked and unticked.
if it persists then you'll need to try another ROM other than the 2 we gave you

Yes, apparently. We'll work on getting an alternative D1 stock backup.

S_BROM_CHKSUM16_MEM_RESULT_DIFF

what version of SP flash tool are you using?

Version 3 and version 5

Abiola357

This error S_BROM_CHKSUM16_MEM_RESULT_DIFF (2020) H/W Failed to download DA to baseband chips internal SRAM etc etc is very easy to fix as i had the same problem

First make sure the drivers are installed
make sure your phone is not connected to your computer
take out the battery for about 5 minutes and then put back in the phone (Don't try and turn it on)

download : SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1452.00.000 (do a search and you will find)

make sure you have a copy of the original rom and extract to any folders

run the flash_tool.exe
go to Options, Option and in there look for connections, and on the Battery menu change from Auto detect to with battery, then click tracking and apply

It should now say something like this in the bottom of the flash tool : USB: DA Download All(high speed, with bat) - (this needs to say with bat, if it does not then go back to option and do it again)

load the scatter file (from the original image is best ) via the scatter-loading button
change from Download Only to Format all+Download and make sure all files are selected

if you ready, click on Download (This will then turn grey )

get your phone and hold both Volume down+Volume Up buttons and while hold them plug in the cable to your phone (I am assuming its already plugged in to the computer end)

keep holding the volume buttons until you see the downloading DA bar go red. Let go of the volume buttons and leave it.

if it times out after about 5 minutes without doing anything then just go back to removing the cable from the phone, pressing download, holding the two volume button. This sometime take two or three attempts but it will recover you phone Smile

Hope this help

Thanks

Brian
