[Downloads] My Tecno D9 3g network not working

Phone Model; Tecno D9

My networks work alright but the 3g doesn't work. i have tried all means to turn it on but the network disappear anytime i switch on the 3g network.

1. did you ever change the IMEI?
2. have you tried re-flashing the stock ROM
3. does this happen for all network's SIMs?
4. is the phone rooted?

Please I didn't change the imei
Yes I have tried several times re-flashing it
This happens to all sims
Yes the phone is rooted

how exactly did you try re-flashing and where did you get the ROM(s) you used?

I used  mtk tool to backup my own stock rom and re - flashed it with sp flash tool by going through all the understanding process. with went succesfully but my 3g network was still down as previous state

1. was the backup you used made before the 3G issue began?
2. at what point did you notice the 3G problem?

No, the 3g was the reason why i made that backup and re-flashed the phone

it couldnt turn on one night when i needed it to do my work. so i restarted the phone hoping it will work. but it didnt

you need a backup of a phone without the 3G problem . this will tell us if its an OS or hardware issue.
supply a gmail address for our D9 stock backup
