I'M SUSPECTING D DRIVER (MTK USB VCOM) WHICH SHARPLY DISCONECT/RECONECT ONCE D RED BAR REACHES %100. WHEN I CONECT ODA DEVICES LIK H5, P5 THE DRIVER THAT INSTALS AUTO. IS 'PRELOADER MEDIATEK...'

i'd already told you to try Sp flash tool from a different source.
for the DRAM error, whats the error code and the hint at the bottom
the connection disconnection thing is either a PC port, cord or driver issue.
re-install vcom drivers using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html and try again

i ran out of device to reply. i downloaded more than 5 dif.. flash tool, but they'ar all doing d same thing. i'v also used these flash tools to flash h5 & p5 without any flaws. i'v manualy instaled vcom drivers but each time i conect the phone it ignores the already instaled & den auto instals "mtk usb vcom"

dont worry about that.
go to device manager > switch off the phone with battery inside then connect it to PC > let me know what it gets detected as in device manager

right-click on MTK USB Port(COM49)  then select Update driver. select the preloader vcom driver just as in https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
after driver update, try flashing again.
if it persists, try using another PC and USB cord

try flashing again.
if you keep getting the connection-reconnection thing then try a different PC

error 4032 is a mismatch error.
means the ROM doesnt match your phone.
its quite possible there's another variant of S3 we've not yet identified.
you'll need to try getting a working S3 to backup or another S3 stock backup to flash to your phone
