My Opsson Ido5000 always showing upgrading android every time i turn it on, i try hard resting, it show success but nothing change, all my miss calls and messages will still show when it boot to desktop. once it boot to desktop it keep show series of error like google.play.service has stopped, gapp has stopped, message has stopped. i cant even install new apps if i try the phone will restart.

did you try a factory reset in recovery mode and clearing emmc in factory mode?

I have done the factory reset, wipe cache it show completed but after rebooting the phone nothing change. how do i clear the eMMc and where can i find it.
I forget to put this that my recovery mode is showing " No command" message with a dead android guy.

thats normal for stock recovery. just press the volume button to proceed to recovery mode
factory mode is volume down + power. select the option with eMMC in its name

ok. you'll need to flash the firmware.

can I do that without CWM recovery? because I have done nandroid backup from a friend's phone (opsson ido5000) and I try to flash it to my phone but to no avail.

it depends on what kind of backup you have. since you have a nandroid backup, you'll need to have CWM recovery installed on your phone for that to work
if you can still get access to the working phone then backup it up using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-468.html and flash the backup to your phone using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

I have done all that and nothing changes, it shows the green Good but after restarting the phone all the stuffs are still there,
