while I am read back my rom it stuck in the first of the process without even counting 1%. it is first time to read back this model for me (so maybe something goes wrong from me, I believe that my finger touch the power on button while I am connecting the usb cable but it does not start). I tried to flash it with full rom for Hot Note (downloaded from another site) but also the process does not start. since read back process the phone is just a plastic box (no power on, no charging), even I got your advice to charge it for 4 hours then try to power it but no success.

you'll need to try the other methods listed @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-808.html and be very patient
anyways
granted! download @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-533.html and flash using Sp flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html

if you see the charging sigh on the screen then its ready for flashing.
when you connect the phone to PC, do you get a prompt saying USB not recognized?

Hi

About your question. no it was see it as preloader

Thanks for revived my phone Smile

guess what!

I leaved it in the charger as we agreed, taking it with my work to home (means I every while I disconnect and reconnect it to the charger). I arrived to home connecting it I surprised it lights up CHARGING. wow I leaved it charging until it reached 15% so I decided to power it on before I flash it, the phone run normally as nothing happen before seems like it was blackout Smile.

Really this is very strange I never see something like that. I wasn't believe that it will come online by its own. in my opinion there was something preventing it from charging and powering on and because the battery is not removable and also because this device has no reset hard button, so it stuck until the battery empty then it works normally again when it is completely has drain battery, because I noticed that when it was blackout Smile there is no heat in the mobile battery or in the charger while I was charging it. (which means there is no charging process)

now I think you maybe help me to give me a link for taking a full rom backup of my current rom (I mean the right way not to have the same problem again) to use in the future.

Regards,
