now, copy the stock_mod_tecno_h3.zip file to the phone's memory card then flash it in recovery mode
reboot the phone, it should come up. 
if its still stuck at logo then format system in recovery mode and re-flash the file

let me know when thats done so we proceed to the final step

I still stuck at logo, now Which system i format in recovery? i see no system in side. and re-flash.

Now i saw system format option and i formatted and re-flash in side recovery mode and it done, but i get invalid ime on my notification bar.

I finally done, i get my phone back after all by your guides.

to fix the NULL imei, you'll find an NVRAM backup in the patch folder, use the NVRAM restore method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html to restore the NVRAM backup to your h3
