Itel 1353 no network

Thanks a lot for granting me permission to download pac files for Itel 1353.

Now after writing pac files, the phone is alive but no network,
I'm asking permission to download NV file for the above phone.

1. does the phone have Baseband (settings > about > baseband)?
2. does the phone have IMEI (*#06#)

Yes it has baseband, the imei is also correct

do a factory reset under Settings > Storage and let me know if it persists.
the NV items are already included in the pac file

2. upload a screenshot of the SIM management area

There's the screen shot, I have reset the phone, reset the sim card manager, updated it but same result, NO network.

the pac file has worked fine on other 1353s. reflash the pac file and untick NV items before flashing.
if it persists then you might need to try another 1353 pac file
