Tecno S3 MTK

Tecno S3 MTK Rom is needed please for urgent download, I have done factory wipe on its still hang on Tecno Logo, I tried download through Tecno stock Rom section but no permission.

1. how did the phone get bricked?
2. supply a gmail address

An application was install on it which require restart the phone afterward hangs on Tecno logo, have done factory reset on the two Tecno S3 n D9, I need file for tthe two tecno, my mail is [email protected]
