Windows fails to start when booting

What brought about this problem?? ..you installed α new software or you suspect virus activity

Have you tried тσ restore your pc тσ an earlier time?? ..have you tried booting тσ safe mode тσ see if the pc would boot completely??

when I boot into safe mode it stops half way and reboots...and it wll still be in the same problem

I does not write any error...it shows only black screen...and I have not tried system restore

When I insert the windows cd and start tappin f8 continously...my laptop starts making a noise with a black screen and a blinking white cursor

You're contradicting the actions of the Windows CD. tapping F8 is attempting to use advanced recovery menu (safe mode etc) . You're supposed to insert the CD and wait for a message saying press any key to boot from CD. if you dont get that then change your boot sequence from BIOS (keep tapping F10 on boot) and set CD/DVD drive to position 1 . Another alternative is to use a function key to select boot order by continuously tapping it on boot with CD inside. usually f6-f12 . try each
