Dear Hovatek,

Top of the day to you. Please i need your assistance. I tried doing a factory reset on my Tecno F7 but it started showing the android trademark dummy with mixed boxes and triangles rolling in its opened tommy. I have flashed with MT6577 and when i tried booting to recovery it still showed the dummy. So i decided to format with flash tools. When i formatted the phone it did not switch on again. Please Hovatek help out can u please send a full stock rom android backup to me please so i can flash with a stock rom contain EBR MBR files. If you can advise further please do. [email protected]

Plz i have tried it it still did not work. I discovered d flashing files arnt complete, i av tried to download some of the files on hovatek here, files like mbr, ebr, prelogo l, secpro but it telss me mbr is too large however i went on to flash n d fone has refused to even comeup again. It wasnt intrrupted when the flash was goin on so i dont just get. Plz i do humbly request for a full droid backup plz. I have provided my gmail account

its possible the MT6577 ROM wasnt compatible.
I need you to try recall the version of Android the phone was originally running on so we dont go flashing wrong files (and possibly complicate things) via trial and error
