[Please help] Tecno H7 "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped"

Hello
your help is in need
I have a Tecno H7 and it keep on showing "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." when i am receiving calls. i have already factory reset it twice but it keep on behaving the same way.

please your help is in need. i can`t receive call and i don`t have any other mean of buying another phone or to take it for repair.

can you grant me access to download Tecno H7 File. or (OS)?
I will really appreciate please

I can not receive an in coming call becsuse of this message, "unfortunately, the process com, android.phone has stopped". Please help me fix it. Amanya

Pls I have done as u said.but it is still not helping matters.I.e the ultimate screen call HD.pls help me permanently .it is still misbehaving.
