MTN smart s720i mtk backup needed phone bricked

Mtn smart s720i android phone got bricked by the customer now the phone can't boot up i need stock backup to flash it to factory settings
Please help your assistance is urgently needed thanks

Thanks again @hovatek i really appreciate your support.. one more thing i think you need to be adding userdata and cache files to your mtk backup because without it i couldn't have flashed this firmware completed, I had to take a userdata and cache files from two different phones backups i have before the phone flash but only your firmware cannot flash it showing pmt has been changed, so for other users hope this helps.

userdata and cache are very optional files, the phone will work fine with or without flashing them.
for the PMT error, just format first then flash all the files in the stock backup (see  https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-439.html)
After flashing, do a factory reset in recovery mode.

* /data error, read https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-580.html
