my Infinix Zero 2 X509 keeps restarting after showing infinix boot logo so i need help with downloading its mtk file

1. how did this begin?
2. is yours the 16 or 32 GB version?

battery went low plugged it to recharge when it came on it just started like that

1. you've still not told me if its a 32 or 16 GB version
2. have you tried a factory reset in recovery mode (vol up + power)  and eMMC wipe in factory mode (vol down + power?

might be a /system issue
what we have is the ROM for the 16 GB version and we have tested its system.img on the 32 GB version, that works fine. cant say for other files. do you want to give it a shot (system.img alone)?
