A window 8 system shows "Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP" when connected to a wireless network and it displays limited. Pls how can I fix this issue.

The same PC doesn't show d Bluetooth option and it seems it went off after re formatting the system. Pls Ao cannot drive that?

right-click on the Wi-Fi bars at the bottom right corner then select Troubleshoot problems
As for the Bluetooth, have you tried reinstalling the drivers for your exact laptop model?
Open the system tray (arrow pointing up at bottom right corner) then select customize. scroll down to Bluetooth devices then select "Show icon and notifications" then click Ok
