[Please help] Tecno M3 recovery not working

#1

Hi Admin, please my recovery is not working. When I try to hard reset it in recovery mode, all I get is five No button. There's no "Yes" included.
Please can I download the stock MTK Stock backup and flash with SP Flash tool

dont think those will give you a Yes button
1. whats wrong with the phone and how did it happen?
2. is it running on OS 4.2 or 4.4?

Try all you can to either recall or find out the version of Android it was running on.
BTW, can the phone enter factory mode (volume down + power)?
