tecno l3 can't get pass tecno logo while booting

no i can't. if i may ask is there a way i can still root this device bcos the device was not rooted before it got bricked.

flashing out stock backup already made it rooted.
boot into factory mode and see if you can flash CWM recovery to it using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html

i tried flashing recovery with sp tools i get a successful message but then when i turn on the device to recovery mode all i see is a blank screen and the link you asked me to look up they dont have ways of flashing cwm on a device that cant boot

so far the phone can enter factory mode (volume down + power) , you have a very good shot. the guide mentioned this.
reflash the firmware and try again.
you might need to get a working L3 if your factory mode isnt working

untick all items that have no path, like usedata, cache and the third one

i have the same exact problem with dazzy4real2000 i tried everything i have seen on site but stil stock at boot ,if a enter the stock recovery and try to, wipe data/factory reset ihe error i get id ---Wiping data...
Mount /data error. but if i,wipe cache partition
--Wiping cache...
Formatting /cache...
Cache wipe complete if i try to. backup user data the error i get is
Error: Mount /data error and if i flash custom recovery with sp flah tools when i try to enter recovery mode the sreen stays blank please i need help here is a video of the probelm http://d-h.st/T8aD
