My iTel it1452 won't boot after I mistakenly deleted my system ui

Sad 

After rooting my android phone, I was trying to free up space from my system memory, so I deleted my system ui not knowing what's it's use on my phone. Now, my phone will not boot. Whta can I do to fix this please?
