Tecno R7 stock ROM download

My tecno r7 is dead after trying to use spflash tools on it, I mistakenly formatted, and right now, I can't do anything on it.

Please grant me permission to download R7 mtk backup.

Please, I'll need assistance in bringing my r7 back on what to do, cos it's like there's no file available on the phone anymore, can't charge, no recovery, it's just dead.
