* In the installer Wizard that pops up, click Next

* Go to My Computer / Local Disk ( C: ) , you should see a folder named adb

* To run ADB or Fastboot, open the ADB folder

* Hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard

* While holding SHIFT, right-click on an empty space in the ADB folder

* Select Open command window here

* Your're good to go

* Download ADB, Fastboot, and other tools @ https://hovatek.com/redirect.php?link=ht...zip?777187


Note: The tools found in the download are provided by Google, found in and extracted from Android SDK


* Extract the contents directly into your C:\ partition
* You should now have a folder C:\Android
* Press Win + R on your keyboard to bring up the Run dialog
* Once the Run box is open, type in sysdm.cpl and hit OK
* Once you hit OK, the System Properties panel should open
* Click on the Advanced tab

* From the Advanced tab click on Environment Variables
* At the Environment Variables window find where it says Path under System variables, click on it, and click the Edit button
* When the Edit System Variable window pops up, type in
Code:
;C:\Android
 
at the very end and hit OK

* Make sure you type in exactly ;C:\Android (be sure to include the semi-colon at the beginning)
*After clicking OK, close out all windows
* You are done!
* Once you have them installed, using ADB or Fastboot is as easy as opening command prompt, typing in adb xxx or fastboot xxx (with xxx being the command you want to run)

Please I have been trying to change my ITEL IT1702 IMEI using writeIMEI tool,but I don't see where developer option is on my phone so I can select USB deburgin... Please help me tweak this phone so I can enjoy my GLO BIS.. Thank you, please add my number to the WhatsApp group 07030527550

i am sorry to annoy you but i have a problem

i run the setup as adminstrator

then press y
enter

then y
enter


it say 0 files copied

ihave windows 8.1 64x

in the vedio it say 4 files copied

i try another thing i click extract on the exe file it give me a folder contain folder named driver
i enter it then click the file named DPInst_x86.exe
it install the driver


then there was another folder named adb

it contain adb.exe and fastboot.exe

i opened every one of them and wait till they close


then i hold shift and click right click and open the comand prombet

then i opened the adb

the i type adb devices

it gives me the word unauthorized

then i type as in the video

adb reboot bootloader


it gives me

error device offline


what is the solution ???

i restart the phone and the pc

and then every thing goes fine

and i was able to enter fast boot

now i will try to install TWRP custom recovery

as this thread say
