means you haven't installed the driver correctly. Try using a different PC

I notice it detects other devices when they're on or in recovery mode, but my R7 can't doesn't boot, no signs of life and all. Isn't there a way out?

ADB might not help at this point. SP flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html should

I've tried all I can even with SP flash tool, the flashing procedure is a success but it won't boot

I have tried n tried but I can't reboot into recover.
Error message......
