tecno m3 white out

Had issues hard resetting tecno m3. keeps saying unable to mount. formatted it with software but went dead. downnloaded rom and flashed with sp tools but now on white screen and stuck after tecno tone. pls help me out

was your M3 originally running on OS 4.2 or 4.4?
