1. do you mean its a clone and not the original?
2. how exactly did you hard reset it?

1-Yes it not original is a clone
2-after hard reset the phone jst take off anytime i switch the phone on it only show htc brilliant only and freezes plz i need your help bcoz we rely on your forum u are the best in terms of mobile issues may Almighty God reward u tnx
