[HELP]BlackBerry Torch 3/9860: 513 Reload Software Error

I've a BlackBerry Torch 3/9860. Its showing the '513 Reload Software Error'. I've downloaded the Device Software, and launched the App Loader. Once the BlackBerry is detected and I click on Next, it stays on 'Connecting to ARM... for long, then it ends with a failed error. It happens always on many Pc and even the flashers in my area. Please who can provide me with a solution. Thanks.

It means your Blackberry and PC are having communication issues. Since you've tried different cords, ports and PCs, its likely from the phone's end. Read

Note: What you might want to try in loader.exe is to insert the battery just immediately after clicking Next at the part where it says USB PIN: Unknown . This forces connection to the phone. Also. consider wiping the phone using JL_Cmder
