Thanks, have downloaded it but ve not flash it to the blackberry the battery is no longer working

no longer working as in?

The phone marke the battery bad with red cross and it indicate fully charge on desktop charger but when i check it with digital multimeter its reading 3.7 volts

hold the battery firmly using a piece of paper. its not making proper contact

when i measure it with multimeter the voltage is not upto what can power the phone. Will look for another battery. But i have tried the software without battery using loader but it said that software for the device is not found in my system .which is normal procedure i apply when flashing others BB.

you'll need a working battery for flashing
