Dnt even waste ur tym cos rooting of d new os is jst nt avail for nw oooo. Cos i had same issue after i official upgraded my hote note. Bcos of dat i had to go back to my kitkat rom.

Cos have tried all rooting method, both der apk nd pc method bt to no avail. Wel mayb u cn giv dis a try nd see if it wil work for u.
Download beta supersu flashable file.
Den both into recovery
Den flash d zip file
After dat reboot nd see if ur fone install d supersu.
Download root checker to confam if ur fone nlis rooted.

Does it mean the device can not be rooted at all?

I rooted my tecno droidpad 8h with kingo root by can't root the camon c8. but are android 5.0.2

Just like every other android device it is rootable. Thing is, the mt6735 is a pretty recent chip so give it time. Since none of the one click root applications work as of now, the best thing to do would be to port cwm or twrp recovery to the device. Once that is done, rooting will be really easy

Please how can we port CWM or twrp since mtk droid tool doesn't recognize this mtk  6735 chipt
