my phone stopped responding to turns just of recent. even wen the auto rotate is ON it wont turn wen the phone is upside down

Yes its not rooted. I was playing a game wen the calibration stopped working

Are u able to tilt in a game? If yes, then check the Display settings > G-Sensor to recalibrate. However, if not, then i don't know. Are u using a custom rom? If yes, then change from a CM or AOSP rom to a HTC Sense Rom.
