try using another Tecno phone and see if its details get displayed

Like u suggested, I tried plug in another tecno and gionee phone on my system Bt the problem of mtkdroid tools nt recognizing the phone is d same with the tecno and gionee. Wenever I launch mtkdroid tools and plug in the tecno or gionee phone it wil write htc sync error. And I have Uninstall the pdanet both on system and on phone severally and also delete d pdanet folder from from my hard drive and also disable and enable usb debugging on the phones. Is like der is still one pdanet folder somewer on my system d is not deleting while Uninstalling pdanet from my program Files. Pls I need ur help seriously.

you're probably selecting the wrong options during PdaNet installation
try using another PC and let me know how it goes
