what you need to do is flash system.img from the stock ROM.
just ran a quick search but couldnt find a firmware for your phone model.
there's another approach you could try but its not 100% guaranteed to work.
1. setup ADB on your PC using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-588.html
2. boot the phone into factory mode (volume down+power) and connect to PC
3. let me know if ADB is able to detect the phone after running the command below in ADB

Code:
adb devices

4. Download and launch MTK droid tools @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html and let me know if it displays the phone's info.

if you can get access to a working MTK phone, enable USB debugging on the phone and install PdaNet on the PC as explained @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-468.html
that will install necessary drivers to the PC. after this, try MTK droid tools again

if you cant get another MTK phone, in adb, type the following commands and press enter after each. post a screenshot of the responses you get

Code:
adb devices
adb shell
