my phone is tecno h3 running on 4.4
the problem started after i changed my sim card after using it for a long time and it asks for privacy protection password that i dont remember. I request permision to download stock backup file for it

granted! download Tecno h3 MTK backup and patch @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html
using the MTK backup, follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1138.html
the phone should now be stuck at logo.
let me know when you get to this stage so i explain how to use the patch

good.
open the patch folder, you'll find a recovery.img in the ctr_recovery_h3 folder. flash that recovery.img to your phone using SP flash tool. the phone should now be able to boot into carliv touch recovery mode.
