[Please help] hello hovatek

pls my samsung galazy SGH-I997 only boot and stuck on black home screen after the logo has disappear, i have done factory clear cashes using factory recovery mode but is still stuck on the black home page [pls need your help

1. how did this start?
2. is it an original or a clone?
3. have you tried taking out the battery for 30 seconds?

yes is orginal samsung it started by hanging after i deleted an application,so i remove the batery, and plug it back hoping it will work but thats the last of if i remove the battery for like two day and i put it back is thesame story i factory rest it in recovery mode the samething i clear cashes in recovery mode thesame thing right now i am out of option

download the firmware for your exact model and flash using Odin

Yes is branded At&t
i think it runs on 2.3 android version
yes it can enter download mode using volume down home and power key

download the stock /factory (not custom) ROM for your phone @
