Two possibilities

1. The WI-FI source doesn't have internet access
2. You WI-FI source has a poor internet connection so you'll need greater signal strength for any significant internet speed

The wifi source has internet acces. Somebody told me, to have acces on this wifi, I need a password to unlock it but that doesn't ask a password when i connect my phone. He refused to tell me how can I have acces.

You're probably on a wrong network or your MAC address was blocked from internet access. you should ask these people and let the tell you what exactly to do.
