Please I need your help as regard the Blackberry Bold 5 that's currently giving me issue.

It started switching off repeatedly. I used BBSAK to update the OS thinking that would resolve the issue but I was wrong. It wouldn't stop.

I eventually had to wipe to device in order to load another OS on it, but since then I have been having issue loading the OS. I tried using Blackberry Desktop Manager but I keep getting error message that says, "a component of the Blackberry Desktop Manager needs update"

I tried to update but get another error message, "an error was encountered while downloading Blackberry Desktop Manager update."

I really don't know what to do to fix this again. The phone is still showing black screen with "error 507". Even visiting blackberry website still wouldn't help.

Kindly assist.

Don't use the Old OS on the New OS M3. The MTK backup on our website is for Old M3 and is incompatible with your phone

you're to do an MTK backup before installing CWM. after installing CWM and doing a CWM backup of the good one, you'll also flash CWM to the bricked phone. then you'll move the good CWM backup to the bricked one then restore.
It's important you flash CWM using MTK droid tools method
