@damilare, you cleared your system partition which holds ur os files. You're supposed to clear only cache. You've no choice but to download the Tecno Phantom A3 stock MTK Backup. Once u do that, install you MediaTek Preloader / VCom drivers. Setup SP Flash Tool by using the scatter file contained in the Backup folder. Then flash your phone (Make sure its properly switched off).

What you need is to get access to a working A3 (M9) to back it up. We currently dont have that backup in our database. One you get that phone or the MTK backup anyhow, the rest should be easy from there:

1. Root the good phone using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1.html
2. Make an MTK backup of the good phone using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-468.html (ensure to extract the !files to flash folder)
3. Manually install Vcom drivers on your PC using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
4. Flash only system.img (Android) to the bricked phone using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
