A customer brought a TECNO R5, it's only is that when someone is calling it brings an error "Unfortunately Dialler has stopped" and can't receive a phone call.
I tried to wipe eMMC but the problem persisted, so i beg your permission to download it's Backup may be can solve the problem after flashing.
I didn't try to wipe user data on recovery since it the volume down doesn't respond when i'm in boot selection window (But works fine in normal mode) Though in my experience eMMC is more helpful in most situations so i expected it to solve the problem but failed.
