Is a software problem. When I boot to recovery, it shows the the android on the ground and writes " no command ". There is no recovery in the phone. And it only charges to 1% from Zero.

"no command" in recovery mode means your phone is running on stock recovery, and not that the OS is faulty or corrupt

I can boot to the stock recovery and also the phone. But it doesn't charge morw than 1%. I tried reinstalling the drivers on the system but they still didn't recognize the phone even when its powered on.

you might need to flash the stock backup but not yet.
how long did it take to charge from 0 to 1% ?

I've tried different chargers, its not from the charger. The battery is irremovable. It was all working fine until I flashed the recovery.

you need to be patient with the charging of a thing.
its similar to an SP flash tool interruption (see  http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-808.html) which wipes batterystats.bin
have you tried flashing the entire stock backup?
