App disappeared from sd after phone restart

we've had a similar case on an N9 that got fixed. Reflashing the stock ROM then using the MP0B_001 method returned the baseband and the SIM got detected and resumed working.

- Flashed the the stock ROM
- Boot into recovery mode and wipe data / factory reset
- Created the MP0B_001 and placed it in correct location using the MP0B method @ http://forum.hovatek.com/thread-116.html
